Flat Rate Cleaning

This is our most popular service for a reason! You pay a fixed price, and our cleaners will utilise our detailed service checklist throughout your home.

There are no hidden fees. This is a flat rate estimate based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home.

Upon arrival, we’ll do a walkthrough to confirm the initial estimate is accurate. If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned recently, this may increase the estimate for your first service.

If you’re in need of extras such as fridge or oven cleaning, please check out our pricing list for add ons.

We have a version for once-off flat rate services and a version for recurring flat rate services.

Partial Cleaning: Hourly Rate Service

You specify a number of hours for the cleaner to attend (minimum 2 hours). Before the service date, we ask you to send through a list of priorities for the cleaner to focus on.

Please note that we consider hourly rate cleaning to be a partial house clean. This is our way of managing expectations, to ensure that you know exactly what you’re getting from the service.

If you’re after a full house clean, please select our flat rate service.

End Of Lease Cleaning

You may know it as bond cleaning, end of lease cleaning, or vacate cleaning. It’s all the same to us!

Our up front pricing is based on the amount of time we estimate it will take to get the job done. However, our bond cleaning teams check in with us throughout the service to let us know if they need more time.

We will always confirm with you first for approval before adding on additional bond cleaning hours. Transparency is key!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

More Information On Our Pricing

What’s included in the cost of my cleaning service?
Your payment covers your professional (employee) cleaner’s wage, travel allowance, superannuation, worker’s compensation, long service leave, uniform, petrol and cleaning chemicals and high quality products including a Nilfisk vacuum. It also contributes to providing comprehensive public liability insurance for all of our services. As a family-owned cleaning company with permanent employees, we invest in continuous professional training for our cleaners – something that cleaning agencies with contractors are not legally allowed to do.
Should I choose a flat rate or hourly service?

Many cleaning companies operate on an hourly basis. However, our customers prefer our flat rate services as it allows us to comprehensively clean their homes without a set time limit. We follow our professional cleaning checklist for flat rate services – our team members are trained to use these specific checklists during their onboarding. We offer both service types so that you can choose the right service for your home. Both our sales team and our field staff (cleaners) can assist you with deciding which service is right for you. You’re not locked into one or the other – we can easily adjust the details of your ongoing service if needed in the future.

How many hours should I book for my cleaning service?

If you’re booking an hourly rate service, the duration of the service depends on how big your home is, the frequency of the service, and how many tasks you need done. Our minimum service time is two hours. This is best for apartments or for people needing specific cleaning services, such as only bathrooms. If you have a larger home, you’ll need more than two hours. When your Maid2Match cleaner arrives, they will be able to advise if they need more or less time in order to fully complete your cleaning requests.

Why is the bond cleaning hourly rate more than house cleaning?

Just like all Maid2Match cleaning services, we care about delivering high quality first and foremost. Bond cleaning requires an acute attention to detail and level of thoroughness. We send at least two professionally trained cleaners to our end of lease cleaning services. Given the amount of additional time and effort required for this type of service, that is why it has a higher price point. End of lease cleaning is not a service that you want to have done cheaply – it will just require return visits from the cleaners and ultimately impact getting your bond deposit back in full.
